Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.  Please feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

   
Dental Insurance

We accept most traditional insurance plans, You may contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Advanced Care Dental is a Premier Provider for Delta Dental and a Preferred Provider for Cigna. Please see our Financial Coordinator for more details. 

As a courtesy to those with dental insurance, we will gladly file your insurance for 100% of our fees. We will estimate your insurance co-pays for services which will be due on the date of service. We then will file your insurance claim for our full fee. After your insurance company has paid their scheduled fees to our office, we will either bill you for any remaining balance due or credit your account if your insurance pays more than what was initially estimated.

Financing Options
